Fitbit : The Fitbit is a great way to track the number of steps you take each day - without even thinking about it! 

 


 

"Health" app : This is a lesser known app on the iPhone. It is automatically keeping track of your steps throughout the day. You don't even have to wear something on your wrist. You do have to have your phone on you though... 

 


 

 Pertinacity : This is an app that can be downloaded for free through the app store. It's an alternative to calorie counting. It actually helps you with portion size control.
